MAKING A
PURCHASE:
Making a purchase
could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any
items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order"
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order.
We accept credit
card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere
else, place your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Visa Delta and Switch Cards. These
will be charged on receipt of order.
You may send
your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over
the Internet.
SHIPPING
AND HANDLING:
All goods are
sent wrapped in padded envelopes or specially made packaging. (Please
see returns section for loss or damage)
UK deliveries
are packed and processed as soon as possible, and are sent Inland
'special delivery' packet post. We reserve the right to a full 30-day
delivery but in practice this is most unlikely. Out with our busiest
times orders are normally processed within 5-7 days.
European orders
are all sent 'signed for' airmail and can vary in delivery depending
on their destination. You can email us for a more accurate estimate
of arrival times for your region/country. Please try to avoid giving
PO Box numbers for mail, unless they are frequently serviced. Normal
service to EEC is 7-9 days from date of postage.
Non EEC addresses,
USA, Japan, Canada and Australia - All mail is sent 'signed for'
airmail packet post and in normal circumstances will reach you in
7 - 14 days.
In all cases
mail delivery times cannot be guaranteed. You may email or fax instructions
to specify recorded mail or swifter services. These can be arranged
for you in most cases.
In all circumstances
payment is due before mail leaves The Westin Turnberry Resort.
LOSS:
Recent and
possible future world events have made world postal services more
susceptible to lost mail. In most cases mail finally arrives but
much later than was anticipated. In these cases we will supply replacement
copies or items ordered. Please allow a suitable time lapse before
contacting this office.
BACK ORDERS:
If your item
is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will be
emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
TAX CHARGES:
For all our
orders, whether made from the UK, the European Union, USA or Australasia,
17.5% VAT is included in the pricing.
CREDIT CARD
SECURITY:
All credit
card numbers are encrypted within the shopping software when the
order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on
any web site.

POLICY:
Regular Internet
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents
of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery
addresses if the address book is used and to store your details
if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
Returns Policy In the event of goods arriving damaged we will replace
items on receipt of the damaged goods and not before.
In the event
of goods being faulty, we will replace goods or refund items on
receipt of the faulty items and not before.
You must notify
The Turnberry Shop in writing (i.e. letter, fax or email) of all
damage or faults to goods NO LATER than 5 days after their arrival.
In all cases goods must be returned in the original packaging from
the Turnberry Shop to claim against UK postal services.
Our secure-server
software encrypts all your personal information including credit
or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process
takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code
that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
The information
you provide will be used to help us understand your preferences
and therefore allow us to send you information that is relevant.

in time ALL online orders must be accompanied by valid Credit Card
